The question on the drugs was directed to the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health attempted to answer that question, but we thought the national Treasury needs to deal with the issue of Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). Therefore, it required that the question came back and was redirected to the Treasury to give an answer relating to the factors that affect the KRA.
