would like to encourage Members to concretise their contributions in terms of amendments at the right time. That includes the issues raised by Hon. Makali Mulu who said that many statutory instruments come to the Floor of the House only when they are coming for annulment. It is a very good idea, but we need to concretise it. I was expecting today that the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security would give a date, according to the Speaker’s ruling, when the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government would appear before the Committee to respond to the issues I raised about my constituency and neighbouring constituencies.
