  • 6 May 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. At the outset, I am proud of supporting this Bill. I was among the first Members of Parliament to bring a comprehensive proposal to amend the current Constitution. I am gratified that even though my proposals were not able to come to the Floor of this House, most of what I proposed at the beginning is what is contained in this current Bill. Without using many words, I am more gratified by the prospects that the political formation that I support is the one that is likely to implement the proposed new Constitution. I support. view
