Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the issue of the CBC has been there for a while. We have had discussions even when I was a Member of the National Assembly. The former Nominated Member of Parliament (MP) who was the Secretary General (SG) of the Kenya National Union of Teacher (KNUT), Hon. Sossion, was against CBC and it appears we did not listen as a country. Recently, Grade 7 pupils were admitted in our primary schools. It is like there are two schools within a primary school.
