I would like to find out from the Chairperson the policy in the Ministry because we expect the contractors who are given work to have funds to do the roads and lodge claims after the completion of the roads.   • 5 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: Many of our citizens travel abroad to study different professions in different universities and colleges. However, when they return to the country, different agencies, for example the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), requires certificates to be equated to the Kenya National Examinations Council standards, and when this happens, some of the certificates are reported not to be below Kenyan standards. The Chairperson should inquire and report on the following issues:- view

The just concluded recruitment of KDF officers appeared to contravene Article 27 of the Constitution with regard to discrimination.
