Theuri is a Member of the Departmental Committee on Information, Communication and Innovation. I believe when we call the Communication Authority of Kenya (CAK) to come, we should be able to interrogate this. What Members are saying is true because in this day and age, we should have free hotlines and toll numbers across the country to help, especially along the road, as Hon. Kandie has said. • 1 Oct 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. This is a very good Statement by Hon. Osotsi who is a Member of my Committee. The IFMIS is a system which has been in place since 2001 and overtime, it has been upgraded. According to reports from the Auditor-General, there are issues we need to inquire. In fact, I expected this to be an inquiry and not a Statement. I do not believe the Statement from the relevant Ministry will be enough.
