  • 4 Mar 2020 in National Assembly: The ICT Department has a programme that has been funded over years that we call the National Fibre Optic, which basically avails internet to all our constituencies, especially to sub- county headquarters and sub-county hospitals. I want to report that in this BPS, the policy is in place and they are putting in more resources, so that all our sub-county headquarters and sub- county hospitals are connected under the Big Four Agenda. He should have saved time. Winding up, I would like to talk about our smart city, Konza. The Ministry responded and advised the Committee to engage the Governor of Central Bank to respond to issues raised by the Hon. Member. There was one on Kenya Broadcasting Corporation. As a Committee, we have issues with KBC. Soon, we are soon going to start an inquiry about KBC so that we know what is bedevilling it. We want it to be on its feet like private broadcasters. view

After retirement, he continued to fundraise for churches such as the African Inland Church (AIC) and others across the country. I pay my tribute and wish that his soul rests in Eternal Peace. view
