I believe the ground rent by the Leader of the Majority Party means what the owner of each unit will pay to the company owning the ground. When you build a flat there are sub-units but the original title is owned by shareholders of the units. I support. view

I also stand to support the amendment because in the past, we have been doing a lot of digital business but Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) did not have opportunity to tax because there were no policies and regulations in place to allow them to tax. So, this is the right way to go so that we can enhance our revenue collection. view
