Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 51 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “order” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “interest”. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we are substituting the word “order” which is basically so broad with the word “interest”.
