It is very important because sometimes intermediaries may receive cheques in their names and refuse to remit the cheques to the insurer. In case of any issue on claims, insurance companies may refuse to pay the claims because the intermediaries, like agents or brokers, may not have submitted the premium to the insurance company. So, this is a very good amendment. I support. view
