It was read a First time on 10th October 2017 and subsequently referred to the Departmental Committee on Communication Information and Innovation for consideration and thereafter to report to the House. The Committee placed an advertisement in the local dailies and wrote to the key stakeholders inviting them to submit their views on the Bill.
