Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, let me combine both that one and subparagraph (f) which says:- “(f) two persons who are also female, one of whom shall be a youth, nominated by the National Gender and Equality Commission and appointed by the Cabinet Secretary.” We are trying to avoid a situation where this Fund will be politicized. You will realize that the National Youth Council is a body that may not necessarily be guided by principles of business and so on.
