How did we move from the Public Finance Management Act to the Parliamentary Service Act, and use the provisions of the previous Act that we rejected to amend these regulations? The law is very clear. If we look at the regulations under the Parliamentary Service Act, the law requires that they comply and should be consistent with the Constitution, the Act under which it is made or any other relevant written laws.
