This should not be the case. They should always be there for the people. I want to request the Ministry if they can also provide electricity to the borehole, so that water can be pumped to the local schools, the hospital and the police station. Where I come from, 99 per cent of the people are landless and they are nomads; moving from one area to another. Even if we were looking for areas to grace our animals, the best area would be Trans Nzoia which is our ancestral land. Is he in order to say that we should be looking for areas to graze our animals? view
