• 8 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: asked the Minister for Medical Services:- (a) whether he is aware that staff salaries for Kapenguria District Hospital in West Pokot District amounting to Kshs394,766.90 were stolen on 12th December, 2003; (b) what steps the Ministry has taken to ensure that the suffering officers get their salaries; and, (c) what action the Minister has taken against the responsible officers to ensure such actions do not recur. view

Now that they have taken that long, could it be concluded that the Government is sort of colluding with the criminals? What action have they taken so far against those people? Saying that no action has been taken is not good, because those people have suffered enough. view
