Could he tell this House how much money he is going to set aside for this project? Presentation of the Budget is just around the corner.

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Minister in order to respond to this Question in isolation with the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) which has a lot of money but squanders it only through construction of buildings? The NHIF is not playing its role of looking after the welfare of Kenyan!

Mr. Speaker, Sir, such kind of cases are prevalent in many organizations. I would like to hear from the Minister what measures he is going to put in place, through his labour officers in the various districts, to ensure that, that kind of information comes to him quickly and he is able to act, so that we can solve those kind of situations.
