Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is a very serious issue and I would like to plead with the Government to spend a little bit on this issue because I think the police are working in the old ways. What used to happen sometimes back is that when a crime was committed and the police were informed, they would rush in the opposite direction. I think it is the same thing that is happening.
