The Minister for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 was going to be a governor and he did not want the CDF to remain with the Members of Parliament. We have only realized what the CDF has done. In fact, the same councillors were not talking about the LATF money but about the CDF. They never allowed us even to talk about the LATF money.
