(Prof.) Anyang’-Nyong’o on why Ugandan authorities have been belligerent in spite of the fact that various measures have been put in place to try and resolve the issue of Migingo Island, I agree with him that this matter has taken quite a while to be resolved. But since a meeting will be held between 5th and 9th August, 2013, hopefully, we will be able to reach an agreement.
