Obure, that I mention who gave the order, because we attempted yesterday and we did not get the answer. I do not see anybody giving us that answer. So, I am sorry really. Immediately you issued that instruction, I beckoned the Clerk of the Senate, went to his office and rang the officers in that office to make this Statement available today. That is not my business. They have always come whenever we have asked them to do so, but occasionally, we have had to postpone meetings because of other engagements. view
