Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I send my condolences and sympathy to the people of Mandera and Wajir couunties, I want to state that, as we all know, AlShabaab had vowed that they were going to revenge against Kenya. My suspicion is that their raid in Kenya was outside the sector which is being looked after by the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF).
