I want to say from the outset that many dreams are either lost, achieved or realised at the point of basic education. Therefore, this Motion could not have come at a better time than this one. We have been waiting for a very long time for the re-calibration of the NG-CDF so that we can be in a position to fund education from the primary level to junior secondary schools, and to the tertiary level.
