Members to support the same and maybe strengthen it, through amendments of few areas that are of interest just to make sure that we safeguard and lock it completely. This will ensure that fraudsters who have been going round trying to convince Kenyans to buy properties that are not tied anywhere are stopped. I have a case study of myself. From the outset, I congratulate our Committee for a job well done. It really burned the midnight oil to come up with this Report in the interest of Kenyans, having realised that we cannot achieve the UHC without addressing the issues that are ailing our referral hospitals. • 26 Jun 2019 in National Assembly: Article 43 of the Constitution provides that every Kenyan is entitled to the highest level of medical care up to and including reproductive health. If that is the case, there is not a single patient who will walk to KNH as much as it is a referral hospital, and be turned away. We need to have a system of referral. From the onset, I want to congratulate the Departmental Committee on Energy for a job well done. They are well prepared for what is going to be another first for this country where we will join the league of developed countries in terms of use of nuclear energy.
