I do not doubt the capacity and capability of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, but considering that this House will be going on recess, I would strongly request the Chair to try and push it. As every single day goes by, more and more businesses are shutting down in the county I represent. This is a simple matter because they are asking people with KRA PINs from Nairobi not to clear their goods in Mombasa, and this is shutting down the storage and transport sector.
