One thing is very clear, and this is something we will definitely consider. I hope that the leadership of the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) will be taking this to the Supreme Court for interpretation, so that this country is not misled by the likes of the Leader of the Majority Party. It is very unfortunate.

One thing is very clear, and this is something we will definitely consider. We went to school and learnt English as much as he did. There is nowhere in Article 115 that talks about the President making legislation. I am saying this for one reason; we are creating a trend that is going to bring havoc to this country. This is the way tyrants are born.
