If someone proceeds to the university, we are looking at an average age of 23 years. If they have 10 years relevant experience, we are looking at about 34 years for them to chair the Board. To be able to move forward, because there are still important issues on the Order Paper, for example the Fisheries Management and Development Bill, I would like to request that under Standing Order No.95, the Mover of this Bill be now called upon to reply.
