The chapter of the Constitution referred to actually talks about the objectives and the functions of the National Police Service (NPS). I wish to note that one of the functions of the NPS is complying with constitutional standards of human rights and fundamental freedoms; training of staff to the highest possible standards of competence and integrity, and respecting human rights and fundamental freedoms and dignity. view
