This is because some material facts concerning this Report have not been brought to my attention and I would like to familiarise myself with a number of issues. Therefore, I seek the indulgence of the House to withdraw this.

Procedurally, I should have been given an opportunity immediately after Hon. A.B. Duale because this institution is under one of my mandates. The other time when we were almost seized of this, we realised the Senate was in a rush. Being a seasoned Member of Parliament, I advised my colleagues that it will not be fair to be The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor.
