Since we were sworn in August, no Private Members’ Bill has been brought forward. The problem has been the delay in the Budget and Appropriations Committee, whose Chair I want to thank because in dealing with this Motion, he has cleared over 30 Bills. view

We have realised that Bills are being delayed in committees.
