Let me go on record that the CS for the National Treasury complied with the provisions of the Constitution which is to submit the Budget Estimates 60 days before the end of the financial year. I can confirm that he submitted them on Monday, 30th April 2018. Monday was not a parliamentary sitting day. Listen to me, Hon. Mbadi, because you know what we do in this House. We consult.
