If schools were opened, children would not go to school because even parents there are not going to work due to lack of access. The roads are impassable and houses are covered by water. Mr. Speaker, Sir, disaster management funds should have been released like yesterday. They should make sure that every county is given its allocation and well taken care of. They lose a lot of blood during childbirth and that is when they seriously need a lot of care, so that they can recover from what they have lost. Additionally, as they continue to breastfeed their babies, they are also losing nutrients as they are feeding for two people.
