• 16 Mar 2023 in Senate: Currently, Mr. Meshack Nyakundi, has Throat Cancer. He is looking for funds to replace his voice box because it has been removed. He is struggling and has no funds. He has nobody to help him. That is why we are fighting and requesting the Americans to involve Kenyans in this fund. They suffered a battle that did not belong to them. On humanitarian grounds, they should remember the people who are still suffering. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is just one of the many projects which have been started in this country. Many Kenyans, through their hard earnings, buy such properties and end up losing every penny after saving with a lot of struggles. This is a very timely Petition. Those people should be given their dues and those who have paid in full be given their title deeds. • 14 Mar 2023 in Senate: There are countless places facing this issue in Machakos County. In Portland, we have a lot of issues where citizens of Machakos County have pieces of land, but they cannot access them because they have been sold to other people who have title deeds. They put goons there so that the owners cannot access their land They want to see justice being done to them so that they get their title deeds. Every Kenyan has a right to own a title deed and a home. Since those Kenyans are hardworking, they deserve to possess what belongs to them. view
