  • 31 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: Resources were availed, but not the required amount. But they were availed. It is the responsibility of the Government to put in place the entire amount required. We cannot victimize two people who were advisors, simply because there were no enough resources to intervene at times of disaster. Those are only three people who are only advisors. This should have been the role of the Cabinet. It should have been the role of the Government. Why are we now segregating and picking three figures out of the entire Government and victimizing them? Some of them wrote letters. For example, Mahboub ... view

  • 31 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: Thank you hon. Speaker, Sir. You have heard hon. Keynan say that the criminal responsibility--- Which court of law proved that the three trustees have criminal responsibility? I am standing under Standing Order No.87 (3). He is using offensive language against innocent civil servants. view
  • 29 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: Asante, Mheshimiwa Spika.
Iwapo unataka makaratasi, nitayaleta mbele yako, Mheshimiwa Spika. Asante. view
  • 29 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: Bw. Spika, sijui nimepotea ndiposa mhe. Mbadi akatoa hukumu kwamba mimi nimefanya kosa. Mimi sijamwuliza mhe. Mbadi swali lolote. Mimi nimemwuliza swali Bw. Spika. view
Leo tutapangusa uso wetu kisha tuseme, “Leta ushahidi.” Ushahidi umeletwa na PIC na uko mbele yako na hili Bunge. Hukumu ni yako. Ahsante. view
  • 29 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: Thank you very much, hon. Speaker, Sir. Maybe, before moving the amendments, I hope I was the first Member to raise an objection under Standing Order No.89 (3)(c). Unfortunately by then, I was not armed enough to prove my case. With your permission, I want to table a decree of the court and invite the House to read page 19 of this report. view
  • 29 Oct 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, Sir, page 19 of this report confirms that there is, indeed, a court case pending in the Court of Appeal. I am not concerned with who did what, but I am concerned with the legality of the question before this House. Who will stop other unscrupulous traders tomorrow from coming to this House and use this House as a conduit to refuse orders of a court? view
