• 30 Apr 2014 in National Assembly: The Kenya Police Reservists (KPR) have been there for a long time in our communities and they are the first defence if there are any attacks from criminals or raiders. They are the first victims of any incident that occurs within our communities. The problem is that they have no command system or uniform and they are not paid anything. They are just martyrs and heroes, for the work which they do and are not assisted at all by the Kenya Police Service. view
