I do not know whether we are really fast- tracking the Motions which are passed by this House. I am saying this because this is a very important Motion. It will help us move this country forward if it is implemented. I also think that if a Bill is brought to this House and passed it can help in the liberalization of the power sector. view

• 6 Jun 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I think this is a critical issue, even though the Leader of Majority Party said that there is no evidence. But I think we need to revisit this issue. Maybe, we need to set a date and talk about it or move a Motion. There are cases where this particular issue has caused death and the Press has really been putting it across and we have witnessed students dying while being lured to certain places to be given money, drinks and drugs. view
