12 Nov 2015 in National Assembly:
Shukrani, Mhe.

28 Oct 2015 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. From the outset, I support this Motion. This is a progressive Motion and not a retrogressive one. At the same time, it is a proactive way rather than a reactive way of dealing with issues of firearms. This is the only way in which we can know genuine firearms and the ones which are not genuine. Movement of arms has become very easy due to porous borders. Guns find their way into our major towns and national parks. That is why cases of crime and poaching have been increasing. ...

14 Oct 2015 in National Assembly:
Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I totally oppose this amendment. Most of the Members supporting it are on the Government side, but in future, they will also be on the Opposition side. This provision can be misused. Already we have police officers within the precincts of Parliament. I believe Members of Parliament should be as free as possible. Therefore, I totally oppose this amendment.

6 Aug 2015 in National Assembly:
Shukrani, Mhe. Naibu Spika. Nasimama kuunga mkono hili swala.

1 Jul 2015 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. Bura Girls High School is in my constituency. The custom and tradition of the school has been that all students, regardless of their religions, learn together; and they have been doing well. Segregating students on the basis of their faiths is a dangerous direction to go. We all know what this country is going through currently. Segregating students into different religions is not something that can be allowed in this country. Likewise, other schools which separate students on the basis of religions should be stopped henceforth.

1 Jul 2015 in National Assembly:
Let me clarify. With regard to this case, given the way the students have written their petition, this is actually discrimination. In religion, discrimination is not good. I am talking about Bura Girls Secondary School. Discrimination is not good in this country. The Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology should look at this issue in detail and find out exactly what happened. In Mwatate Constituency, I have both Muslims and Christians and they have been learning together for a long time. Therefore, starting such an issue at this moment is not allowed at all. Thank you.

24 Jun 2015 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity. Indeed, the country is experiencing a series of fatal emergency situations that necessitate the need for urgent medical care and blood transfusion. Considering behavioral change of people, diseases have also taken a different direction. Some few years back, there were diseases which The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
