Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c ), I wish to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing regarding the completion of works on the Voi-Mwatate-Wundanyi Road. That road has been under construction for the last two years with no signs of completion. The Government has not paid the contractors the full amount owed to them in 2013.
