They are not in the House. You need to pronounce yourself because these Order Papers are available on the internet the night before. So, every Chair of the Committee knows the order of business in the Order Paper. I do not know why Chairs of Committees are not in the House. We sit here all day. Article 47 of our Constitution gives everybody, including those Commissioners and staff the right to fair administrative action. That ruling speaks to that. But I was taken aback by what both the Leader of the Minority Party and the Whip of the Minority Party said. They are not ordinary Members of this House.
