• 27 Feb 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I want to pick up the words, “and of those whose interests you have committed to our charge.” Our Standing Order No.90 also speaks to this. Article 122(3) of the Constitution also speaks to the matter of voting in Parliament.
