It is, indeed, a fact, as Hon. Nyamita has alluded, that this Sukari Limited that has also been named by Hon. Duale here, is the company that was stealing sugarcane from Mumias Sugar Company. That is why Mumias Sugar today is down on its knees. More importantly, names have been dropped here such as Raiply and Pan Paper. view

This is an allocation that had been removed from the Programme - Mama Ngina Drive Waterfront Development Initiative in Mombasa and a further Kshs100 million which had also been removed. We are reinstating this and another Kshs26 million which had been moved to Ushanga Initiative. view
