We allocated them an additional Kshs1billion which goes towards Kshs450,000,000 for their Development Expenditure to allow them to complete projects in regional offices that they started in Eldoret, Kakamega and Embu. We allocated them Kshs550 million, but later because of the huge financing deficit we have, we engaged again and agreed that they could take about Kshs200 million for hiring new staff and Kshs150 million for the outsourced services. Therefore, we reduced that with a figure of Kshs250 million. view
