The kind of things that are sent to our phones are things you would not want your wife to see. I wish to move this Motion for adoption of the Second Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2017/2018 that were submitted to the National Assembly on 11th April 2018, just two months before the end of the financial year, in accordance with Standing Order No.243(3).   • 26 Apr 2018 in National Assembly: The Committee has examined and discussed the Estimates and made recommendations which are contained in this report. I believe Members have a copy of the report, which if approved by the House, the recommendations will form the basis for the passage of the Second Supplementary Appropriations Act for the FY 2017/2018. In reviewing the Second Supplementary Estimates for 2017/2018, the Committee held five sittings, including one sitting yesterday till early this morning about 1.00 a.m. with the National Treasury.
