  • 28 Feb 2018 in National Assembly: this country’s external debt, all projects earmarked for development through commercial borrowing should be captured in the final Budget for 2018/2019 to ensure transparency. In terms of execution of donor-funded projects, there is need to amend the Public Finance Management Act. It is a role of this House to ensure that it approves all projects financed through external borrowing.
