I do not know who those people are because the recommendations that have been brought by the President are for this House to consider and make a decision on. Therefore, Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo and his cohorts in CORD were collecting revenues to steal when they were in the Government, they must be aware that this is a Government that wants to be accountable to the people of Kenya.
