Probably, birds that flock together tend to behave the same way. So even those who are younger in age might be behaving like those who are elderly in terms of age. Hon. The best place would have been to raise this issue at the Committee level. Clearly, the English meaning of vaccine is not an additive. • 27 Aug 2015 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new section 6A(2) of the Income Tax Act by deleting the word “rules” and substituting therefor the word “regulations”. view
• 27 Aug 2015 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this is a very small amendment which basically seeks to delete the word “rules” and substitute therefor the word “regulation”. I found it to be a mischievous way of avoiding these regulations coming to this House by using the word “rules”. I want to make sure that we use the word “regulations”. For such regulations to get the force of law, they will have to come to this House. view
