The road which measures about five kilometres is probably allocated about Kshs3 million and yet, the money can only cover four or three-and-half kilometres. What many of those crooked governors do is to come and do the one-and-a-half kilometre that was left by the CDF and put up a sign board that the project was implemented by the county government.
