The road which measures about five kilometres is probably allocated about Kshs3 million and yet, the money can only cover four or three-and-half kilometres. What many of those crooked governors do is to come and do the one-and-a-half kilometre that was left by the CDF and put up a sign board that the project was implemented by the county government. I truly say that this is the best thing that will happen in the era of devolution. Those counties - like my county, that were about to lose out on the benefits of devolution have now an opportunity to reclaim that glory of devolution. Those counties will enjoy the true fruits of devolution. view
