Mbadi raised a fundamental issue on discrimination of people who are HIV positive. I think the law is very clear that anybody who is HIV positive must never be discriminated against in employment. The law is very clear. view

Even if you are HIV positive you are entitled to employment in this country. I rest my case. We will summon this group sometime next week and bring to the House a comprehensive report. view
