Waluke and our Vice-Chair to Nyakach in Kisumu. They went up to Rongo, Awendo and Oyugis. A place like Nyakach experience cattle rustling incidents. The Directorate of Criminal Investigation is established under Article 247 of the Constitution and deleting this would amount to a constitutional amendment. So, we want it to be deleted. view
