  • 29 Jun 2010 in National Assembly: Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for granting me the opportunity to also add my voice and support this very good Motion. My colleague, Dr. Mwiria, will respond on behalf of our Ministry, but I just want to comment on a few issues. view
  • 29 Jun 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I want to take this opportunity to commend the Chairman of the Committee for a job well done. I think he is taking his work seriously and we have a symbiotic relationship. Normally, the Ministry takes the recommendations of this Committee very seriously. I also want to commend other Members of the Committee because they are committed to their work. • 15 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion because it is necessary that we have a break, so that we can have a bit of physical rejuvenation. As you know, this Parliament has worked so hard to actually produce one of the best drafts. I know it is contentious but I think this Parliament has done a better job than previous Parliaments. Again, we need to go home because as they say according to the book of the Lemuntu, home is where man returned. We need to go and see our people, socialise with them, and hear ... view
  • 15 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: With those few remarks, I beg to support. view
  • 1 Apr 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand here to represent the minority in this country--- view
  • 30 Mar 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I want to start by quoting a federalist in the American Constitution, somebody called Madison, who said: “If men were angels, no Government would be necessary.” view
  • 30 Mar 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will support this Draft Constitution with many, many amendments. view
