Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, clause 31 of the Bill be amended− (c) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “in person”; (d) by deleting sub-clause (6). This amendment is for the purpose of correcting some grammatical error since the Commission is not a person. So, it is meant to address that. view
